A comprehensive project has been initiated for the purpose of developing a Hazard Mitigation Plan for Wahkiakum County. For this project, we have selected BOLDplanning's web-based Hazard Mitigation Planning System. The system guides users through each Hazard Mitigation Plan component, and helps develop a plan that meets all requirements set by FEMA and the State of Washington.

The system has been customized to meet Wahkiakum County’s specific planning needs, and has been deployed via the internet at www.WahkiakumReady.com.
